1000 LPH Reverse Osmosis System
Plan a water treatment project around a nominal output of 1,000 litres per hour. The KALES 1000 LPH reverse osmosis system is a capacity option for commercial water supply and smaller production requirements; the configuration depends on your source-water analysis and intended use.

EQUIPMENT ENQUIRY
Define the right configuration
For a smaller installation, storage and delivery pressure often determine day-to-day usability. Share the available footprint, raw-water tank position and whether demand is continuous or occurs in short peaks.
- 1,000 LPH nominal capacity selection.
- Pretreatment considered alongside the membrane process.
- Storage, power and installation conditions reviewed with the project.
Technical specification
| Equipment family | Reverse osmosis |
| Nominal output option | 1,000 litres per hour; subject to confirmed feed and design conditions |
| Feed / supply requirements | Defined from the source-water analysis and project duty |
| Power, dimensions & materials | Model-specific details provided with the equipment quotation |
| Included components | Confirmed in the final configuration and scope of supply |
Request the exact model datasheet before ordering. Output, materials and component selection depend on the agreed design conditions.
Main components & process
Typical project stages to discuss; the final sequence depends on the application.
Source water
Selected pretreatment
RO membrane stage
Storage / downstream process
For RO, discuss feed and high-pressure pumping, pretreatment vessels or housings, membrane assemblies and controls. Each component and any post-treatment should be listed in the proposed scope.
Applications
Borehole & well-water projects · Commercial facilities · Water production
Optional configuration
Discuss monitoring, storage, automation and connections against the actual duty. Options are subject to model compatibility and are not included unless stated in the quotation. Compare proposals with matching scope and operating conditions.

Is 1000 LPH the right capacity for your project?
Start with the amount of treated water needed each day and the hours available to produce it. At the nominal rate, eight hours of production would equal 8,000 litres. This is a planning calculation, not a guaranteed daily output: the agreed feed-water conditions, operating interruptions and cleaning schedule must be considered.
For a refill operation or a site with short periods of high demand, compare the RO production rate with storage capacity and the peak draw-off rate. A larger storage tank does not increase the amount of water the RO unit can produce each hour.
What to include in a 1000 LPH system enquiry
- Your water source and a recent analysis report.
- Required litres per day, operating hours and peak consumption.
- Available floor space, tank positions and the site electrical supply.
- Whether the quotation should cover RO only or also pretreatment, storage and downstream equipment.
Questions before requesting a quotation
Can this system be considered for borehole water?
Yes, as a project option to assess against the water report. Borehole sources differ, so pretreatment and the membrane configuration must be selected for the actual feed water. See our borehole water RO planning page.
What determines the 1000 LPH RO system price?
The quotation depends on feed-water quality, component selection, controls and the included treatment stages. For a project in Kenya or South Africa, include the installation town and delivery destination so equipment scope and delivery requirements can be discussed together.
When should I compare a larger model?
Compare the 2000 LPH commercial RO system if the required daily volume cannot be achieved within your available production hours. Use the RO capacity comparison to prepare your enquiry.
